Cecilia Ho

Wool LoveJacobTo break traditional perception of wool felting, FELTasticFashion has been experimenting with new ideas and making unique felted creations throughout the years.

"I first started felting as a relaxing way to spend my quiet time. One day my son asked me to teach him how to make his own wool charm. We had such a great time making his wool charm together, we would love to share this great family bonding activity with you and your family!" (Pictured: Jacob (7 years old) was the youngest artist at the Acadia University Art Gallery in 2013).

In addition to creating handmade wool fibre art works, we have been designing and packaging felting DIY kits in our own studio since 2011. Each DIY kit includes all the required materials and tools, plus a colour step-by-step instruction to ensure everyone can pick up this fun & hands-on craft. All DIY kit designs are carefully prepared and are suitable for all level of felters, allowing them to practice their felting techniques. Our goal is to create eco-friendly DIY kits that are educational, and everyone can freely add his/her own personality into each creation to make it a conversation piece.

Brighten up your day with your very own eco-friendly FELTastic creations!

Felt it, Love it, Treasure it.

I love wool because I can “Felt It. Love It. Treasure It.” Felting with colorful wool fibers allows me to create memories with unique decorative yet functional pieces to treasure. By applying the unusual wool materials in my work, it will drive conversation and also creative and innovative ideas with my audience.
